With over 15 years of experience in the behavioural health sector, Suzanne is a highly regarded behaviour support practitioner known for her leadership in complex behavioural support services.
She is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology through the University of Adelaide, further expanding her clinical expertise and reinforcing her evidence-based approach.
Career Journey
Suzanne has worked extensively across the lifespan—from early childhood intervention through to aged care—supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, schizophrenia, PTSD, forensic histories, and a range of neurodevelopmental and psychosocial conditions. Her areas of professional focus include trauma-informed care, restrictive practice authorisation, and managing high-risk behaviours within the NDIS framework.
As Lead Supervisor for our Behaviour Support Team at Glow, Suzanne also leads our Forensic Specialist Services within Behaviour Support. She provides clinical supervision, oversees functional behavioural assessments, and ensures compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards. Her approach combines compassion with clinical rigour, ensuring interventions are person-centred, outcome-driven, and culturally responsive.
An Approved Program Officer (APO), Suzanne has a strong track record of collaboration with allied health teams, schools, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), and the justice system. Her commitment to clinical excellence, mentoring, and operational leadership makes her a trusted and respected figure in the behavioural support field.
